Hey 5puj47980xk, thanks for posting here today!

As a first step, can you let me know which OS version you're using?

Also, when did this start happening, and does the number of files seem to go down?

To expedite the process, have you made sure that the bandwidth is set to "No limit" when using the app?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I had a similar issues y'day - came in and realized all the work I was doing wasn't able to be viewed by colleagues I shared files with bc everything was still syncing on my computer. Things also "appear" differently in my Windows Explorer, so I suspect Dropbox pushed out some sort of update and it ain't workin' quite right. Files I edit are taking SO LONG to sync and it's preventing me from sharing new, important drafts with leadership for an announcement.

Probably related to the recent update for the Windows application. They've changed the appearance of things in your Dropbox folder. The sync status icons are no longer overlays on the program icon, but shown in a separate column unto itself now. As a result, for some reason, the application has to re-sync everything. I don't know why. It did the same thing to me after the update to version 227.x.x.

I'm still having issues with the sync status icons reflecting correctly in my folder, and I have an open thread on that topic. I really hope they can fix this, because I accidentally got a taste of this earlier on when (I think) it was in beta, and I was like, "this is going to be a mess."

    Lo and behold...

A day later, I'm still waiting for the same three files to sync ... they're Word documents. I don't see how this isn't a glitch Dropbox has communicated something about?
