Fraud- Can't cancel plan!

Signed up for a free trial.  Called and tried to cancel, they couln't do it over the phone and was not able to figure out how to do it online.  I was charged $199 for the year and I do not want this service.  Dropbox refuses to refund for the remaining 10 months (it's been 2 months that I have been trying to contact someone to cancel this).  They will not prorate a refund and are forcing me to keep the service for the remainded of the year.  I'm not even using it!

Hi NoMoreBS, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you already been in contact with the support team regarding this matter? When you called up, did you speak to the sales team or another team?

Do you have a ticket ID in order for me to locate this on the system?

This will help me to assist further.

Yes!  The response that I keep getting is that there are no refunds at Dropbox! I have called, emailed, and done a chat with your sales team members.  They tell me there are no supervisors and that I'm stuck with a year of this service.

Is your account showing as upgraded on this account you're contacting us from? Do you see any payments on this page?

According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
