How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

HI,

I FORGOT TO CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED £199 FOR A YEARLY SUBCRIBTION.IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO CANCEL IT AND GET A REFUND.THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN 5 DAYS AGO.DID I HAVE 14 DAYS CANCELATION AFTER PURCHASE.AND LAST QUESTION HOW IS POSSIBLE TO BE CANCELED?
