I downgraded to the Basic Free subscription, but I’m still being charged monthly
Hello community,
I downgraded my subscription months ago to the Basic Free one, however, I am still being charged $18.69 monthly and I can’t get access to anyone to make the payments stop. I tried the bot, but it was not helpful.
Crossing my fingers someone here might know how to contact Dropbox to make these payments stop and to refund me.

Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox accounts, associated with different email addresses of yours?
Have you tried using our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's linked to the charge?
