I paid for Dropbox Plus via Apple, but my Dropbox account remains as Basic.
Hi, I’ve subscribed to Dropbox Plus and billed through Apple for many months, and recently been noticing that I’m out of storage. It seems that Dropbox is not recognizing my account as Dropbox Plus. I reached out to Dropbox customer service who pushes me to Apple to resolve the issue, and Apple pushes me back to Dropbox! Can anybody suggest what I can do? Thanks in advance!

When you use the Apple device if you add files to it do they appear on your computer?
