Dropbox keeps sending the one-time code to a non-existent email address.
The email connected to my paid dropbox account no longer exists and cannot receive the code I need to log in and change my email.
Please Help

Hey Saralinda! Thanks for posting about this on our forum.
Are there any devices that may still be connected to your Dropbox account? If yes, you can check their notifications, as you may find the one-time code there.
Let me know if that’s not possible, though.

No there aren't. There may be on my old phone, but that was broken and so thrown away. On my new phone I still cannot log in because the email account is inaccessible. I have been advised to maybe just cancel my payments and create a new account with my current email address, but obviously it would be preferable if there was another way to unlock the account. Please let me know.

Thanks for updating me, Sally! I can log a ticket for you next and check this internally. Let me know and I can message you to the email address you see on this page.
