Not receiving password reset email

I have not been able to receive password reset email.

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my Microsoft contacts account.

I've checked my spam folder. 

I've verified my address is correct. 

I've tried other browser / incognito to reset password, but still didn't received the email.

 

Please do help me sort this out

      Hi Nancy, sure, I've just create a ticket for this, and this is my ticket number: 23288029.
