"Two-factor authentication text message couldn't be sent" error; I can't access my Dropbox account.
Hi all,
I am needing help with getting into one of my accounts that someone accidently setup 2FA on a mobile. I have backup codes, but cannot get to where it is, to enter them.
Immediately after attempting to login, error pops at the top of the screen (disappears after about 5 - 10 seconds), the page does not change and just sits in the same spot (This was happening in the forum too, so had to create a new account just to get in the forum for help):

Thanks Rich, I was able to get on a different machine (tokens) and was able to disable it.
