Dropbox Backup with Lightroom CC

Dropbox Backup with Lightroom CC

I installed Dropbox Backup to backup my photo images. When I open Lightroom, I have ? by all of my images in the Lightroom catalog. I'm assuming it's because in the process DB changes the location of the files somehow?

Can anyone advise me on what changes to make outside of creating a whole new catalog in LRC?

Thank you!

Hey @nicshow, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

From what I can understand, you installed the Dropbox application on your computer and then enabled our backup feature is that right?

Can you please send us a screenshot of how your images appear?

And also, what is the sync status of the Dropbox application at the moment?

You can see that, by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar with your mouse.

Let me know and we'll go from there.
