Credit card updated automatically; shows new expiry date, but I received an email to update card?

But I get anxious because they sent me an email asking me to update it. Why do they do this if its updated itself? Do I need to do anything?

Hey @TuiAllen, thanks for reaching out to our Community and happy Monday!

 

If you take a look at the billing tab in your account settings, do you see the updated card info?

 

If so, you should be good to ignore the email, unless the email went to a different address, than the one associated with your paid account.

 

That would mean that you have a second Dropbox account you might need to look into.
