I cannot cancel my Dropbox Trial, as in How to cancel or downgrade a Dropbox subscription | Dropbox Help cannot find the any "Cancel Plan / Manage Plan" in setting account page.

Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts?
Could you check the email address you received the message to, and then check the email address connected to your Dropbox account?

How was the trial initially created? Using the Dropbox app on your mobile device or directly through our website?
If you go to your plan page in your account settings, do you see that you're still on a trial?
Also, if you reached out to our support team, do send us the ticket number for your communication as well.

Hey I have the same problem. I want to cancel my dropbox subscription even what I have is basic plan, However, I read the discussion before it seems dropbox will charge you anyway. Should I file a ticket to solve this before the end of the free trial. Thanks!!

If your account is a Basic one, then that means it's not currently using a trial.
Is it possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're looking at? Did you upgrade directly though Dropbox or using Apple/Google Playstore?
