I've cancelled my subscriptions, but I'm still being charged

In the past 15 years I've had different Dropbox accounts and despite cancelling them I am still be charged. The reference on my bank statement is a 10 digit number and it's impossible and frustrating not being able to contact support and resolve it. I will never ever use Dropbox again because of the lack of support where my details don't fit into a form. Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.

Hi @NikkiJOwen, thanks for posting on our Community. 

 

Have you already tried visiting this page with the transaction ID you received from your bank? Are you seeing an email address that’s linked to a Dropbox plan you’ve already cancelled? 

 

If yes, do you have the confirmation of cancellation, so that we can look into this further?

 

Let me know what you find, and we’ll take it from there.
