Hi there,
Our organisation now has 2 employees - so if we were to upgrade (e.g. Essentials to Business) to be able to manage users within a team, would we forfeit the remaining billing cycle cost (e.g. that is left on Essentials, the original user only just renewed annually) when upgrading? Or, would we only have to pay the difference in the upgrade (difference in annual fees) or get refunded for the unused Essentials annual cycle?
Thanks,
Grace
Hey @Grace Roberts - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
In this case, the latter would take place, meaning that a refund would be processed for your prior subscription if you choose to upgrade the same account.
Let us know if you have any other questions, Grace.
