My email address has a word in it that is being censored by Dropbox. I was allowed to use it for creating the account, but now, when I need to access the account and they send an email with a code # I need to enter to access the account - I'm screwed. I have been waiting more than 48 hours for this code to arrive in my inbox. Yes I checked spam/trash. I've had this problem with other companies, but it hasn't happened for over 7 years.
I don't see anywhere to contact someone that actually works for customer service to rectify this situation. Can someone please advise? Thanks!
