I can’t access on my other account
Hi, i’ve two dropbox basic accounts, in this one i can access easily with 2FA with the code in my phone number. The problem is on the old account that have 2FA only with email (without phone). When i insert the email address and password the system say that the code will sent to my email address account, but in my inbox email i don’t receive nothing, also if i try to search in the spam, nothing! I’ ve tried many times but without success, please help me.

Can you use the emergency access codes you were given at set up?
Otherwise you need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support. Make sure you are not logged in and that includes here.
- Cris9923 years agoExplorer | Level 3No, i don’t have the emergency codes cause the account was created many years ago.
Also if i try to request a change password i don’t receive the email from no-reply@dropbox.com why??? - Jay3 years ago

Hi Cris992, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
