How to find my old 2010-2011 profile

How to find my old 2010-2011 profile

I remember using Dropbox around 2010-2011 and around that time some change occurred at Dropbox that made me start looking for other alternatives. I forgot if I deleted my account or not, but I wish to find it, I have a couple of e-mails in mind that could be related to the account that I no longer have access to.

I just want to find out if my account still exists and what kind of crap have I uploaded back in the day for **bleep**s and giggles. What steps should I take to do this?

Hi @Allwynd, thanks for messaging the Community.

Generally, if an account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months, then Dropbox would deactivate the account due to inactivity.

Additionally, without access to those emails, it wouldn't be possible to login to the account, unfortunately.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
