Hi, i am unable to download an audio file, shared to me. kindly help me out as i am new to this platform.

Which platform do you use, in order to download the file? Is it through the website, desktop or mobile app?

Hi @dell com, have you tried opening the file from another browser or an incognito window?
Could you also check with the owners of the file to see if they've deleted it from their account since they first shared the link with you?
If the link is not working they could have deleted the file or removed the link.

i tried in another browser also with an incognito tab but still its of no use. Also this audio file is send to me by a transcription website for my evaluation but i'm unable to download it.

It sounds like the original file may have been deleted indeed.
Is it possible to ask that they resend it to you, just to check if the same error will appear?
