Can't export anything from the Dropbox Android app to my device

I download Dropbox for my android been trying all morning to export a file to my device or to my pics but nothing happens and it's taking forever to try and download I also seen a little yellow hazard sign which probable mean it never download.. I seen countless videos and and read a few articles from the app help but haven't been successful in this process

    Hey KENERGY, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Which version of the Dropbox app do you have installed?

     

    And can you please clear the cache from the option in the app's settings, to see if that helps?
