Someone sent me 3 links. 2 are mp3 and play just fine. The 3rd is not and when I open it, it says Windows Media Audio and 39.9mb. The sender can open and play in Dropbox from the same link. Thoughts?

They ended up sending it as an mp3 and it worked. Not sure how to remove this. Thx

Hey @Ashay815, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please clarify if you're previewing the files the shared links point to via a web browser of if you're opening them locally on your device after downloading them from our website?

If you could send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, it'd be very helpful!

Thanks!
