Hello,

When I download a document, everything is OK. However, when I try to open a document from Excel for the Web, the document is in a different language or odd characters are being used. Below is a sample and it is supposed to be English. Any ideas what is going on?

Well....I did what I probably should have done from the beginning.  I rebooted my computer and voila!  Problem solved.  Thank you for the reply!

Hey @wendtdc13, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please let me know if this happens with only a specific file of yours or if it's affecting all of your Excel files?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or another browser by any chance?

Keep us posted!

I am getting the same issue on all my excel files.  If I open them in dropbox protected view everything is normal.  It's only on the excel for the web.  any ideas?
