When I play a video with my phone on Dropbox, the screen stops and only the sound comes out.

When I play a video with my phone on Dropbox, the screen stops and only the sound comes out.

It's not like that when I see it on my laptop, but when I use my phone, the video stops and only the sound comes out. I'm using an Android phone, and Dropbox is the latest version.

Hey @Danny Kim1, thanks for letting us know about this. 

 

Are you having this issue with all the videos in your account, or specific ones?

 

Can you go to your settings and clear the Dropbox app cache, to see if that helps?

I'm taking an online lecture and they post a recording on dropbox. Other students have no problem, but only me and another student have a problem. I'll try deleting the cache.
