".docx files are supported but something went wrong." error on various browsers

Hello 

am having the problem

".docx files are supported but something went wrong." I tried the various following suggestions  listed by others, but problem not resolved, please help, thanks

I cleared the cache

I tried different browsers

I changed indenting

    Hi User in Europe! Hope you’re doing well and thanks for your post. 

    Are your .doc files less than 160MB in size? Currently, there’s a size limit when it comes to previewing files on the website (as mentioned here), so I’d like us to double check this first.

    Is this happening for multiple files on your Dropbox account, or a specific Microsoft Word document? 

    Feel free to send me a visual of what you’re seeing too, and I’ll check it out. 

    Let me know when you have more info.
