Two-Step Verification

What options are available to access a company's Dropbox account that was administered by a former employee who set up two-step verification through their personal phone and is now unwilling to hand over the credentials?

  • If you have the Business Plan you can remove the 2FA set up via the Business Control panel.

If not I'm afraid there isnt anything you can do via Dropbox and you'd need to start legal proceedings.
