Error 400 when trying to view the activity and version history for a file
On the web, I have gone to a file in the Folders tab, clicked on the ... next to it, and gone to Activity - Version history.
I then get an
"Error (400).
Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home."
So I'm hear to ask for help. I would like to get an earlier version of a file, as I understand that they are retained for 30 days.
Many thanks,
Phillip

How long ago did you last edit the file? You wouldnt be able to restore if you didnt make any changes in that window.
Also, if needed try another browser / clear cache and cookies.
