How can I restore my files from a cancelled business account?
Hello
i was using dropbox for years but i was idle for sometime and i noticed that i got message mentioning that :

-This a reminder that the Omgsys team is still in locked state. If Omgsys is still in locked state after September 27, 2024, the entire team, which includes all files, and admin and member accounts will be deleted permanently.There are 3 ways to get out of locked state:•Keep Dropbox for teams and purchase a new plan•Disband the team•Delete your team permanentlyPlease note that if your team is deleted because it remained in locked state, folders shared with people outside your team will be deleted shortly after September 27, 2024 as we’ll give external collaborators a heads up that the folders will be deleted. now when i log to dropbox account i don't see my files and i don't see anything it appear like a new account , how can i do upgrade my account to get my files and data back ? please help , thank you

Hi omgsys, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As the message stated, your Dropbox team was in locked state, and was then deleted on September 27th 2024.
This means that all files, folders and users were deleted at that time. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible to recover the old account or any of the files within.
