Being charged for an I account I no longer have access to
I want to cancel a dropbox subscription to an account I can no longer access. It was an account made years ago with a university email. I saw on my account that I was still being billed but with that university email account being closed I cannot receive the security code to log in and cancel the subscription. Any ideas on what I should do since there is no phone support?

If you don't have access to the email address associated with the account in question in order to cancel it, I would suggest reaching out to our support team for assistance.
You can do so, by following the steps below:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- Choose your issue.
- Click on "this did not solve my issue".
- Click "submit a request" to submit your help request.
Let us know when you have your ticket number!
