How can someone buy the Basic Extra plan?

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if you can buy the $1.99 50GB Basic Extra plan and how can you do that?

    You can try upgrading to the Basic Extra plan using this link. 

    However, please note it is only available to a small limited number of people. Unfortunately if it doesnt work for you your account isnt eligible and you wont be able to upgrade to it.
