I got a Dropbox cashback, but I can't find the relevant invoice/receipt on my Dropbox account.

I'm categorizing my Quickbooks expenses and I received Dropbox Cashback but I have no receipt or information regarding the cashback to add to my expense account. How do I find out what the cashback was for and get a receipt? It is not listed under my billing management or anywhere else in my Dropbox account.

    Usually cashback is offered based upon a promo via a credit card (Amex often) and so it doesn't come with a receipt or invoice because its actually just a rebate/credit. 

    When Ive had them via previously I've just allocated it as a bill refund with a screenshot of the rebate. My accountant has also previously added it as 'interest received' instead.
