I'm paying £95 a year for an account I do not own
Does anybody know how to contact dropbox about this issue? There is no way to speak to an actual person!

Hey SusannaA, sorry to hear about this.
I would suggest reaching out to our Community directly.
To do so, open this page from a private browsing/incognito window.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" box, choose "other", type in an email address you can access, fill out the form and submit.
Let us know when you have your ticket number.

If you did not give Dropbox your card details then you need to contact your card company not Dropbox as somebody has compromised your card. If they do it here with Dropbox they'll do it with other products.
