I cannot log into my Dropbox Business account
Hello,
I am trying to log into dropbox using my business account. Every time I try to log in using my work email address, it thinks that I am trying to set up a new account and will not take my password, but instead, gives me password "suggestions". On that page, there is no place to select "I already have an account" as per the instructions in the trouble shooting.
When I try use
sign in with google or sign in with apple, it automatically wants to go straight to my personal dropbox, for which I cannot access work files. If anyone can help me that would be great!
Thank you!

Hey Elle_M - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you get the same results?
Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me, Walter. I will try this tomorrow, when I get to my office. I forgot to copy the sign in credentials on Friday.

Hi Megan and Walter. I'm sorry, but it goes straight to "sign UP" instead of "sign IN". I want to share a screenshot with you, but it is not allowing me. This is a brand new computer, so clearing the cache is a moot point.

The first window says "Log in or Sign Up".
Then I put my email address in the box and hit continue.
I am immediately led to a window that has "sign up for free". There is no place for anyone who already has an account.
I cannot sign in with Google as Google is connected with my PERSONAL account. I need to sign in with business account.
Thank you,
elle

That means an account does not exist under that email address. If you put the email in and it is saying to sign up there is no account already active with that email.
For google make sure you are using the email exactly as you initially signed up. Remember on GMail you can use punctuation before the @ sign and swap Gmail or GoogleMail and still get on to one email account.... here, however, like most other services, it would be a different account for every variation.
