Log in email never comes
My associate attempts to log in and it always states an email has been sent to her email address to access, but the email never comes

I am not receiving the 6 digit code in my email to access my account. In fact, I am not receiving any emails from Dropbox.

Hey Mark Janes - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Since this isn't in regards to your own Dropbox account, I'd suggest having your associate contact our support team through this form directly.
You can let us know the ticket ID if you'd like us to look into it from our end too.
PS: Same goes for accessing your own account, but let us know if you find any troubles with submitting a ticket and we'll reach out to you to the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community.
