Hi,
Today €119.88 was debited from my account, even though I now only use the free Basic. How do I get the money back? I paid with iDeal

Since your request is quite account-specific, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team directly, so that they can look into your Dropbox account and check for which plan you’ve been charged.
If you haven’t already, feel free to log a ticket with them via this page. Please send me your ticket number after that.

The problem here is: I have to select a payment option, but the one I used is not there. So I can't get in contact.
Hey @Marija van Velzen, just select any one, like 'credit card' for example, so you can continue with the submission of the help request.

Hi there, I received spams in the name of dropbox to my business emails, where I dont have any accounts and money was illegally debited from my business account in the name of Dropbox. It was 119,88€ for an account that I dont have. Could you please check this: here are the email addresses from which I received allerts in the name of Dropbox: [removed per Community Guidelines]

Please look at your bank statement and see if there’s a 12-digit transaction ID. If there is, you can go here and insert it in the given field. That should show you the email address of the account in question.
Also, please keep in mind that posting your email address on the forum isn’t allowed to protect your own security and privacy.

you can check this further. It should be in your Interest.
As I said. I dont have any business account and canceled the payment. I received spams in the name of dropbox.
