Hi
I was invited to join a file. I have made an error and instead of keeping the accounts separate I have accidently shared them so that my client now has access to all my Dropbox files. Is there any way to fix this? My subscription has been cancelled and monies refunded.
Hey @welshy77, thanks for your post.
From what I understand, you’ve joined a Business team, correct?
If yes, then your team admin needs to convert your Dropbox account to a personal one again with these steps, which will remove it from the team (please make sure that they don’t delete it instead).
Let me know if you need further help though.
