Can't add members

Hi - I am listed on the Admin group, and am logged in with the same email address, but all the "Add Members" boxes are greyed out. Can you please help?

Hey @CarlyJeans, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please clarify if you're an admin of the team or a member?

 

Also, is this a shared folder or a team folder (or a folder in the team space) you're trying to add new members to? 

 

Any additional information is more than welcome!
