Can I keep files in my Dropbox account but remove them from my C drive?
I just noticed that one of our company users has run out of space on his C drive.
Upon checking , I found a HUGE amount of data is sync'd with the company's Dropbox account.
The user said he doesn't need these on his desktop computer, hence the question.
Can you please tell me the process.
Cheers

Hey CharltonWilson! Thanks for your post today.
In this case, Iâd suggest using selective sync, since itâll remove specific folders from the desktop app without affecting their copy on the Dropbox website. So, technically, they wonât be showing in the userâs local Dropbox folder, but only on www.dropbox.com.
Let me know if that helps or if you need something else.
