Dropbox keeps charging my mom's credit card for my deceased father's Dropbox account.
Dropbox Keeps Charging My Mom's Credit Card For My Deceased Father's Dropbox Account. We don't know his password. We don't care about the files he may have had. We have contacted the credit card company twice. They keep allowing Dropbox to charge the card. How do we close the account and get Dropbox to quit charging my Mom's credit card. Thanks.
