The link to reset my password is not working

The link to reset my password is not working

My password of my original account was disabled due to a long period of not signing in. Now that I want to look something up in one of the folders of my account I was not able to log in. Upon sending a 'reset password' email to my email address I do in fact receive said email, but the link won't open.

I got a notification in my screen saying that Safari cannot open the link, because of too many referrals within the link. I tried Chrome and Edge as well, with the same result. Deleting cookies is suggested, but I'm afraid that didnt help either.

I created this new account, because otherwise I wasn't able to post this ask for help on the Community board.

I hope someone will be able to help me out with this problem. Thanks in advance!

Hey @TJ13, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you try a private browsing window or another browser with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?

If you do, could you maybe try another device or network?

Keep us posted anyhow!
