Find out if public IP is blocked
Hello,
I recently changed to a new Public IP address and am not able to connect (firewall and its settings have not changed, just the IP I am using.) I am getting a Connection Reset since I changed and am wondering if there is a way to find out if my IP is in some sort of a blocked list on Dropbox's side.

Hi tweeternh, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you see this error on the Dropbox site, the mobile app, or the Dropbox desktop application?
Currently, we don't block any IP addresses from accessing Dropbox services. Could you clarify from which location approximately (we don't require accurate locations) you're connecting from?
Aside from changing your IP address, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
This will help me to assist further!
