Dropbox account missing, can I recover it?
Hello,
I've had a Dropbox account for over 10 years. Today I was unable to find my account, and my password reset information was not sent to the email address that I used to create the account. When I used the email address to try to reset the password, I was prompted to create a new account (I thought the system would recognize that there was an account under that email address, but it did not). How can I reach Dropbox to see if my account was deleted and to attempt to recover the account.

When was the last time you logged into the account?
Was this a personal account, or were you part of a Dropbox Business team?
