Locked out from my account for over a month due to 2 factor authentication emails not being received
Hi everyone,
I'm locked out of my Dropbox account and urgently need access to critical business documents. I've been unable to log in for over a month due to the two-factor authentication (2FA) emails not being received.
The Problem: 2FA emails from Dropbox never arrive, despite checking spam, adding dropbox to safe senders, and even switching email providers.
What I've Tried: Multiple support tickets have been marked "resolved" with no actual resolution or contact from support.
Impact: I'm unable to access vital business documents, causing significant disruption to my work.
Request: Has anyone experienced this? Are there any alternative methods to regain access? Dropbox moderators, please assist! I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of support and need immediate access to my account.
