No code is sent to my email address, so I can't access my Dropbox account.
I have a dropbox account that I created to send videos and photos i have taken in concerts and trips, that I never ever ever want to lose. I was trying to log in to that account, but it says I need to get the access code that was sent to my email. I have not gotten the code. I tried clicking on the 'having issues getting access code' and it also did not help. I added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact on my email account, and still nothing. I sent an email to support, and it also did not help me. This is my last resort. Please help me!! This is my ticket number: 24505201

I know you may have already tried this, but did you double check your email’s spam folder, and the code isn’t there either?
Other than that, I’d like you to try and resend the code and, this time, open the Notifications section of any linked devices you may have; the code can sometimes be found there, too.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello! Yeah, I've checked the spam folder, and still nothing. I don't have any other devices connected to that account, so I don't think it would've been sent to any other of my devices. Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks for giving that a go, Anna. One workaround that I can suggest, in this case, is to try and reset your Dropbox password instead; are you able to enter your Dropbox account after that?
